The Signature

AEB-Assaf seized the opportunity to serve the community of Muscat with a multi-purpose building overlooking the stunning sea view. The project includes high-end office spaces connected to modern apartments, situated on a semi-open podium with a carefully curated mix of tenants, creating a sense of spaciousness and civic focus. Rather than just increasing the allowable density, our goal was to improve the end-user's lifestyle by reducing and adjusting the forms to provide an open view of all the different buildings.
