Muriya Golf Lake Residence

On a prime plot of land located near the beach and boasting a breathtaking vista of the golf course and majestic mountain skyline of Oman, we created a refined series of low-rise structures. This idyllic natural landscape design covers a 250-meter stretch and features a range of swimming pools. The project was designed to be a retreat for young families seeking respite from the city and the chance to indulge in the abundant amenities of the picturesque destination Jebal-Sifah. It includes 150 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, as well as exceptional LOFTS with awe-inspiring interior design. The buildings have been strategically oriented to maximize the influx of daylight and facilitate optimal air circulation, thereby cooling the surrounding landscape podium.
