Four Point Hotel

A four-star hotel project in the bustling business district of Muscat was meticulously planned by AEB-Assaf to meet the demanding needs of corporate entities that face heavy traffic. The design process presented several challenges, particularly regarding compliance with regulations on the permissible setbacks for the facade design. Nevertheless, the team managed to create a customized design that seamlessly blends practicality and aesthetic appeal. The hotel encompasses an impressive 16000 square meters of built-up area and incorporates state-of-the-art technology and energy-saving features, with the objective of achieving a LEED certification.
